If your tracking details say “returned to sender” or “invalid address,” the address you had given us was incorrect. When this happens the post office should return the package back to us. If or when we receive your package we will contact you either via email or phone number. If you wish for us to resend the package to the same or different address, you will be held accountable for paying any sort of fees that may go along with that such as shipping fees. If you would not like us to resend out the package, there is a 25% restocking fee. You will get back 75% of the entire total (Ex: 75% of Subtotal + tax + shipping + discounts, etc.)
If we are unable to reach you are 48 hours, we will not re-ship you the package, you will not be refunded, the items will be put back into the shop, and you will not receive compensation in any way. Please make sure your address is 100% correct and valid before placing the order.
